Guest Services Agent

Benchmark Management is seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals to join our Guest Services team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while helping travelers book unforgettable vacations along Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast.

What You'll Do

• Assist guests and prospective guests with booking their vacation accommodations
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, text messages, email, and web chat
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and reservation inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Resolve guest issues from start to finish, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Respond to guest reviews and online communications across multiple booking platforms
• Support daily business operations while maintaining a positive guest experience
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service
