Your duties will involve efficiently handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing phone calls, processing payments, promptly addressing guest queries, and maintaining a welcoming and supportive presence at the front desk. $13 - $15 Hourly

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Respond promptly and professionally to any guest inquiries or requests
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional customer service in alignment with hotel standards
• Address and resolve any guest complaints to guarantee a satisfactory stay experience
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the hotel premises

• Previous experience in the hospitality and customer service industry is required
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing a friendly and supportive experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Must have a reliable attendance record, be punctual, and have availability to work on days, weekends, and holidays
• A High School Diploma or equivalent education is necessary
