Guest Services Agent - Hotel Simone - Urgent

As the Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing our guests with “Southern Hospitality” throughout their stay. The Guest Services Agent has a combination of guest services related duties from the check-in and check-out of guests, directing calls to the department, answering guest inquiries that contribute to the overall positive experience for our guest. 

The ideal candidate will have previous hotel guest service experience and is able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. If you enjoy interacting with guests; understand the importance of providing service with a smile and delight in assisting guests with questions concerning the local area, this could be the job for you!
