Compensation:$13 - $15 Hourly
Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Respond promptly and professionally to any guest inquiries or requests
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional customer service in alignment with hotel standards
- Address and resolve any guest complaints to guarantee a satisfactory stay experience
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the hotel premises
Qualifications:- Previous experience in the hospitality and customer service industry is required
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing a friendly and supportive experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Must have a reliable attendance record, be punctual, and have availability to work on days, weekends, and holidays
- A High School Diploma or equivalent education is necessary
