Guest Services Ambassador

Position Summary

Hop Shops is looking for an energetic, guest-focused Guest Services Ambassador to support our self-checkout experience. This is more than a traditional cashier role. Technology processes the transaction. The Ambassador creates the experience. 

Location - Campbellsburg, KY

Pay - $15.50

Schedule - Multiple

Start date - As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and confidently guide guests through the self-checkout experience. 
• Provide friendly, memorable guest service. 
• Assist guests with transactions and Ribbiting Rewards. 
• Monitor self-checkout transactions for accuracy and proactively assist when needed. 
• Resolve common guest and Power Counter issues using established procedures. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready checkout area. 
• Support overall store operations as needed. 

• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills. 
• Comfortable working with self-checkout technology. 
• Dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team. 
• Must successfully complete Hop Shops GSA training and certification.
