Job Description:

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Services Associate to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be on the front lines of our guest experience, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and ensuring that they receive a welcoming and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.


• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.


• Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.


• Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities.


• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and special requests.

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.


• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles preferred.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.


• Proficient in using computer systems and software for booking and inventory management.
