THE JOB:
As our Guest Services Ambassador, your friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor will represent the face of our arrival experience. In this role, you will warmly welcome guests and assist them with grace and style as they embark on their dream vacation.
At our beautiful Shore Station, you will expertly check in arriving guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. If you have a passion for exceptional service and enjoy connecting with people from around the world, we invite you to join our professional and dynamic team—delivering a level of service found nowhere else in the Keys.
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
