Guest Services Representative

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly individual who understands great customer service to join our team as a Guest Services Representative.

Above all, this position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

• Investigating and resolving customer problems, maintenance requests, and work orders and follow through until requests are completed.
• Submitting work orders and service requests.
• Entering data for apartments and customers into Oscar, Service Track and Microsoft Outlook software programs and running reports.
• Performing quality assurance inspections at apartments, and complete E-inspections [when needed, not a primary role]

Job Requirements:

• Sense of urgency in providing exceptional customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Administrative/clerical experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.

• Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, with a rotating after hours on call schedule (approx every 6 weeks)
