Responsibilities

• Use suggestive selling techniques to sell guest rooms, promote hotel services, and upsell room types according to hotel standards.


• Follow all guest service guidelines, including check-in, reservations, check-out, special requests, and pre-registrations.


• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a friendly, professional manner while offering alternative solutions when needed.


• Demonstrate a commitment to outstanding guest service by being welcoming, hospitable, and accommodating.


• Accurately document guest accidents by completing the required accident report form.


• Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or at least 6 months of related experience or training.


• One year of hospitality experience preferred.


• Experience handling cash and processing credit card transactions.


• Basic math skills.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Ability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
