Job Description - Guest Services Specialist

Responsibilities


  • COVID-19 screening for customers and employees

  • Assure that required office and administrative functions are met on an ongoing basis

  • Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations; including professional and non-professional services

  • Ensure the hiring process is structured to assure appropriately trained staff

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, services, and quality assurance

  • Lead and manage budget and accounting systems

  • Develop and maintain records and reporting systems which provide for proper service control and measurement of program outcomes

  • Encourage and promote positive and professional communication between staff and agency administration

  • Ensure the customer complaint process is followed and intervene/escalate where appropriate

  • Provide on-call services after hours and weekends as needed or directed

  • Assure the availability of Administrative staff at all hours of operations

Qualifications


  • 3+ years management experience

  • 1 year experience working in the Automotive Industry

  • Effective leader with good employee relations and customer service skills

  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance regulations with eagerness to improve

  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills
