RH is seeking a Guesthouse Housekeeping Associate to join our team in providing world-class service while being responsible for the overall cleanliness of guest rooms and facilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Consistently deliver first class service and a luxury experience

Consistently uphold RH cleanliness standards in guest rooms and facilities

Completes daily cleaning task assignments and projects in a timely manner

Represent the RH brand through professional service, polished appearance, proper etiquette, verbal expression and demeanor

Uphold and respect the safety and security of guest belongings while in room

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Experience needed 2+ years as a Self Inspector

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities

Commitment to quality, detail focused on all levels

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Ability to uphold safety policies and adhere to PPE requirement

Comply with brand quality assurance, uniform and appearance expectations and standards

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Sustained standing, walking, bending, stooping for extended periods of time

Must be able to lift 50 lbs
