Gunsmith - Urgent Position

We are seeking a skilled Gunsmith to join our team at our facility located in Chandler, AZ, 85226. The ideal candidate will have a certificate of gunsmithing from a nationally recognized in-person program, and at least 5 years' experience working as a gunsmith diagnosing and repairing issues on a variety of platforms.

We are production manufacturer of AR-15s. As one of our gunsmiths you will be responsible for:

• Complete assembly of our AR15s
• Inspecting and hand fitting parts as needed
• Timing, pinning, and welding muzzle devices
• Performing function and live round testing to ensure firearms meet our safety and quality standards
• Properly diagnosing and addressing issues identified during the above tasks, and with any parts RMA'd by customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• You must be able to legally possess a firearm, pass a NICS background check, and be willing to submit to random drug testing

• Performing work on personal projects in our facility is not permitted

• Because the machine shop environment is hazardous, cell phones use is scrutinized and listening to music and using earbuds is not permitted

• There is a certified safety officer on site and personal carry of firearms is also not permitted

• While working for us, you agree to not engage in conflict of interest activities or activities that create a liability for our business, such as:- secondary employment with another gun manufacturer;

  • performing commercial gunsmithing work in your personal time; and
  • seeking a federal firearms license for yourself, etc.

• Social media pages related to firearms may present a conflict of interest and will be scrutinized on a case-by-case basis.

• Competition shooting does not typically implicate any conflict; however, we do not offer sponsorship
