Gym Manager

The Gym Manager at Power Of Fitness will play a pivotal role in creating an environment that nurtures health and wellness. By ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the facility, you will be instrumental in providing an exceptional experience to our members, promoting an inclusive atmosphere, and encouraging a culture of fitness and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the fitness facility, ensuring that the gym is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Maintain equipment, manage inventory, and liaise with vendors and suppliers when necessary.
• Organize and promote fitness programs and group classes.
• Handle financial management tasks, including fee collection, budget management, and financial reporting.
• Address member concerns promptly and professionally, fostering an environment of excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in managing gyms or similar establishments is required.
• A degree in Sports Science, Business Management, or a related field would be advantageous.
• Certification as a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer is preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Experience with fiscal management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
