- Aug 2, 6, 10, 13, 20, 27

- Sep 1, 10, 13-14, 17, 24, 27-28

• Shift Schedule: 7a-5p (1-hr unpaid lunch)

- 10 days/month

• Call Schedule: Nights; 5p-7a

• Patient Demographics: Adult & Geriatric

• Patient Volume: 4

• Rounding included: Yes

• Support Staff: RN, LPN/LVN

• Case Mix: Laparoscopic Surgery

• Procedures:

- Pelvic Exam, Pap Smear

- Simple Biopsies, Surgical Assist

• Duties:

- Manage in-basket

- Perform pelvic exams

- Take Call, Triage problem visits

• Trauma Level: III

• Beds in Dept: 4

• Temporary Privileges available: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active CO License

• NCCPA Certified

• BLS

• DEA

• Clean Record

• Local (highly preferred)

• 1 year recent Surgery exp
