H-1 Sr. Training Analyst

Synectic Solutions is currently recruiting for a H-1 Instructor - Sr. Training Management Analyst to support our customer at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD.  The program is providing systems engineering support on various platforms including technical research and development of technologies.  
 

Responsibilities:

• Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. 
• Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.  
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.  
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.  Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. 

Requirements

• Must have prior experience with H-1 training systems and/or H-1 instructor experience.
• BS Degree and at least 12 years of recent and relevant experience -OR- MS degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and must be a US Citizen
