Make a Lasting Impact as a Special Needs Caregiver
BAYADA Home Care is currently seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Direct Support Professional who enjoys working 1:1 in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with autism, intellectual, or developmental disabilities.
*Relatable Experience: Caring for a family member, Special Needs Caregiver, Habilitation Technician, Personal Care Aide, Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Nurse’s Aide, Caregiver.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- Participate in community integration activities
- Provide personal care assistance as needed
Compensation & Schedule:
- Weekly Pay

Qualifications:
- One year experience working with clients with intellectual and development disabilities preferred but not required (paid training provided)
- Desire to train
- High school diploma or equivalent
