Audits/Appeals 

• Audit denied applications to ensure program guidelines are followed
• Audit paid applications to ensure they meet federal guidelines
• Collect necessary documentation for appealed cases 
• Assist Supervisor, QA Team Lead, and Coordinator as needed 

QA Review:

• Assist QA in reviewing applications as needed
• Ensure processor-reviewed applications and documents meet program guidelines 
• Submit Legal and Vesting documentation
• Navigate legal and title issues as needed
• Generate Note and Deed of Trusts

  Communication/Professional Development:  

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 10 QA cases
• Prepare report  of audit findings 
• Present audit findings to Supervisor biweekly
• Suggest areas of training from audit findings to Supervisor

Customer Service:

• Correspond with mortgage servicers and utility vendors as needed
• Respond to internal and external communications in a courteous, clear, and timely manner

May perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Experience in Title, Mortgage Services, Real Estate greatly preferred    
• Self-motivated with abilities to plan, organize, assign and review work activities, follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work effectively without extensive supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
