Job Description - Hair Stylist




Position Overview
We are looking for a happy hair stylist to join our fun team in our Houston Memorial location! Our fast growing store is adding one full-time 5-day shift on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.  Sharkey's Cut for Kids is a salon for kids ages 0-14. We’re on a mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family! With Tips you can make $30.00 to $ 40.00 per hour, if not more!

Responsibilities:

  • Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service.

  • Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs.

  • Ability to work with kids.

  •  Maintain cleanliness of the salon.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Hair Stylist Qualifications:
  • An active license in the state of Texas for barbering or cosmetology.

We believe everyone including mom and dad should have an enjoyable experience at Sharkey's Cuts for Kids where "Haircuts are Cool and Fun Rules!"



Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
