Job Description - Hair Stylist/Barber

$600 HIRING BONUS! Full client books! Part-Time: 15 to 25 hours a week, $20 - $30 per hour with tips and commissions; set your own schedule. No early mornings, late nights, coloring or chemicals.

Sharkey's Cuts for Kids, where "Haircuts are Cool and Fun Rules!" Relaxed staff in a fun and fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow-drying, and styling for kids.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Create a fun and upbeat atmosphere in the salon
● Listen and communicate clearly with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction in the client consultation
● Identify any issues in the scalp and educate what retail product would be best to help the issue
● Apply OSHA standards and State Board Regulations across all beauty stations and maintains of salon
● Operating the Point-of-Sale software system

QUALIFICATIONS:
● An Ohio Cosmetology or Barbering license in good standing
● Up-to-date with industry trends
● Desire and willingness to work with children

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
