Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Offer excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Advise clients on hair care and styling products.
Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license.
- Proven experience as a stylist or barber.
- In-depth knowledge of hair-cutting techniques and best practices
- Evaluate customers’ face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate haircuts and hairstyles.
- Wash hair at hair washing stations with appropriate products
- Execute haircuts, trims, and shaves
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
