Potential to earn $35-$45 compensation per hour, inclusive of tips and commissions when cutting during the recommended duration. Work with managers that get you. Our stylist management team has licensed managers that have over 20 years in the industry as stylists and managers in the area.

As a premier provider of haircuts, Sharkey's Cuts for Kids brings fun, excitement, and expertise to kids' haircuts. We strive to provide professional services in a fun and exciting environment with friendly and experienced staff members. Relaxed staff in a fun and fast-paced environment. No early mornings or late nights. Able to make your own schedule. Sharkey's Cuts for Kids is looking for people who naturally smile, have a friendly nature, an upbeat, positive attitude, and actively seek out, greet, and engage all guests in conversation.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Must have an upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for each of our client's children and parents. Ability to listen to and communicate with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction. Provide salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow-drying, and styling.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Apply hygiene practices up to state board’s standards across all beauty stations.

Weekend availability

Ensure all hair services meet high-quality standards.

Keep on top of current hair cutting and styling trends.

Maintain cleanliness of the salon and your station.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Ability to work with all types of kids.

Ability to work with a team.

Promote Sharkey’s culture by being to work on time.

Ability to work your scheduled shifts consistently.

Salon professionalism is a must in appearance and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current Cosmetology license for this state.

Minimum one-year experience.

Able to work weekends.
