Hampton Inn & Suites - Breakfast Attendant

At The Sunray Companies, our mission is to empower, support, train, and develop our people while enhancing the lives of our guests and each other. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Breakfast Attendant who can bring a little hospitality to the breakfast table.

What You'll Do

As a Breakfast Attendant, you're one of the first people our guests see each morning. Whether it's a warm welcome, keeping the coffee flowing, or making sure breakfast is fresh and ready, you help set the tone for their entire day.

You'll:

• Welcome guests with a friendly, genuine attitude


• Prepare, stock, and maintain the breakfast area


• Keep food fresh, organized, and available throughout breakfast


• Keep tables, counters, and serving areas clean and inviting


• Pay attention to guests and step in when they need assistance


• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Available to work any day of week, 5am - 12pm, holidays and weekends included.


• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.


• Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching.


• Some exposure to cleaning chemicals


• Great relationship building skill and salesmanship


• Practice the Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times


• Inform guests about hotel services, directions, and amenities.


• Help create the kind of breakfast experience guests remember for the right reasons

A Few Things to Know

This is an active position. You'll spend most of your shift on your feet, walking, bending, reaching, stocking, cleaning, and keeping breakfast running smoothly. You must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items weighing up to 20 pounds without assistance.

You'll also be expected to follow company policies and procedures, maintain a safe and clean work environment, protect company property, maintain guest confidentiality, and meet Hampton Inn and The Sunray Companies' quality standards.

Salary negotiable based on experience

Education Required: High School Diploma
