Hands On General Manager - Fast Casual

High volume, QSR restaurant in Miami and other Florida locations is looking for a hands on General Manager to take the lead.

Ideal candidate will have experience in the Miami dining/ late night scene.

This is a day-to-day operational leadership role where you’ll manage multiple food brands, small, fast-moving teams, and collaborate with delivery partners to drive late-night and all-day success.

• Experience working in Miami’s dining and late-night environment is a big plus.
• Comfort with multi-brand management — managing different menus and operational styles in a dynamic environment.
• Someone who leads by doing, not just directing.

Pay Range:

Base Salary: $65,000/year

Top Performance Potential: $250,000+/year
