Hands-on Tradesmen

 Immediate placement for an experienced hands-on tradesman in commercial construction to join our team for a long-term position. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building client relationships in the local area. 

Required experience includes:

• Commercial door, flooring, and Sheetrock installation
• Interior/Exterior Finishes
• Painting
• Concrete work
• Ability to read plans

Must haves:

- Proven, hands-on experience as a tradesman in commercial settings

- Reliable

- Dependable

- Self-Starter

- Computer literate

- Own tools

- Communicative (daily reports / daily phone calls for project updates)

English / Spanish Bi-Lingual is a major plus.

Must have reliable transportation (Pick-up truck preferably) and be able to pass a background check.
