Responsibilities:

  • Perform grout and caulking installations and repairs in residential and commercial settings.

  • Assess and prepare surfaces for optimal adhesion and durability.

  • Utilize industry-standard tools and materials to ensure high-quality workmanship.

  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

  • Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in grout and caulking work, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

  • Knowledge of various caulking and grout types and their appropriate applications.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
