Handyman

Description of the role:

By the Sea Resorts is seeking skilled Handymen to join our team in Panama City Beach, FL. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing our properties to ensure they are in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks on facilities.


• Repairing equipment and property as needed.


• Handling minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.


• Assisting with property improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Handyman or similar role.


• Knowledge of basic repair and maintenance tasks.


• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.


• Excellent problem-solving skills.
