ALF - Looking for Handyman/Jack of All Trades for routine facility maintenance & room/building refurbishment.
A strong work ethic and good overall knowledge of trades:

Carpentry
Tiling
Painting
Dry Wall
Light Plumbing
Electrical
General maintenance & upkeep

Candidate must have prior construction trade or apartment/facilities maintenance experience to be considered. This position can be Part Time or Full Time & is perfect for candidate with experience who is looking to have a slower pace.
