The Role:

This position is for someone who has mechanical and Handyperson skills.

Job specifications are as follows

Basic to advanced knowledge and the ability to repair, maintain and troubleshoot:

• Flooring
• Carpeting
• Painting
• Plastering
• Drywall
• Wall coverings
• Appliances
• Windows
• Doors
• Electrical
• Domestic water plumbing
• Sewage plumbing
• Gas plumbing
• Boilers  

Necessary certifications:

This position will also require the capability to perform front of house contractor/tenant liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding the above outlined topics to best serve the building’s tenants.
