Handyman / Renovation Specialist

Handyman/ Contractors needed for Rodeback Construction Inc. We buy/sell/rent houses. We are looking for someone that can do the following:

Must have at least 2 years experience in the following:
-Interior & Exterior Painting
- Sheetrock install and repair

- Exterior wood repair

- Trim
-Install cabinets
-Install countertops
- Flooring ( Tile and some laminate )
- Light plumbing - install fixtures, small repairs
- Light electrical - Install lighting, changing receptacles

- Able to trouble shoot during service and maintenance calls
- HVAC (not required but beneficial)
- Landscape
Need to have your own transportation, positive attitude , the ability to work alone, the ability to troubleshoot and some tools. Pay is based on skills and experience
