Location: 1176 East Warner Road, Gilbert, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (No Weekend Work Required)
Pay Rate: $24–$31 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Handyman / Lead Craftsman who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and can confidently complete a wide range of residential and light commercial projects.

Our sales team books jobs for you based on your skillset—no subcontracting, no chasing down your own leads. We proudly serve the East Valley of Phoenix, providing reliable, high-quality service to our customers. You’ll work independently on some projects and collaborate with fellow technicians on others. The role requires strong craftsmanship, excellent problem solving, and pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality home repairs, improvements, and remodeling work.
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, remodeling, and door repairs/installations.
• Work independently or alongside other skilled technicians depending on project size.
• Travel to job sites throughout the East Phoenix Valley.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and the team.
• Represent the Ace brand with integrity, reliability, and strong workmanship.
• Use your own truck/van and personal tools (compensation provided).

• 10+ years of construction, carpentry, or handyman experience preferred.
• Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, remodeling, and door installation/repair.
• Must have your own tools and an insured truck or van (specialty tools not required).
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and uphold Ace’s high service standards.
