Harbor District Frozen Food Manufacturing Associate

Help bring Ian's Pizza to freezers across Wisconsin! We're looking for hands-on team members to join our frozen pizza manufacturing crew at our Milwaukee production facility.

• $16–$18/hour starting pay, based on experience.

What You'll Do

Turn fresh ingredients into ready-to-bake pizzas! As part of our food manufacturing team, you'll help produce, assemble, and package frozen pizzas for distribution to Ian's Pizza locations throughout Wisconsin.

Your day might include:

• Preparing dough, sauces, meats, cheese, and other ingredients.


• Operating a semi-automated assembly line and building pizzas.


• Weighing ingredients, stretching dough, and topping pizzas.


• Packaging finished products and moving them into freezer storage.


• Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

We also supply the restaurant storefront with pizzas for weekday lunches. It's a hands-on role in a high-volume food production environment, with plenty of teamwork and a little Ian's magic along the way!

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Comfortable standing, walking, and working on your feet for extended periods.


• Able to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Comfortable handling common food allergens (gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.), ovens, knives, and industrial kitchen equipment.


• Able to work in varying temperatures and a sometimes loud, fast-paced environment.


• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required).

No manufacturing experience? No problem! We'll train you. Experience in food production, commercial kitchens, bakeries, or large-scale catering is a plus.

Schedule

Our production team operates Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. Flexible availability within those hours is ideal.

Part-time or full-time opportunities are available.
