Hardscape Foreman - Full-Time w/ Benefits!

North Atlantic Landscape is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Hardscape Foreman to join our team!

Schedule is Monday - Friday, with some weekend works as needed

• Lead and coordinate hardscape projects from start to finish.
• Build high-quality patios, walkways, and other hardscape structures.
• Ensure smooth planning and execution of projects while maintaining efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed on project progress.
• Assist with incoming leads and estimating labor, materials, and equipment costs for hardscape projects.
• Work closely with the team to develop accurate job quotes.
• Maintain a safe and organized job site, following industry safety standards.

• Proven experience in hardscape installation.
• Strong understanding of hardscape materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Experience with estimating or a willingness to learn.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
• Flexibility to meet project demands, including seasonal workload variations.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
• Valid driver’s license required (DOT medical card needed; CDL is a plus).
