Hardscape Laborer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Hardscape Laborer to join our growing team. This position will assist in the installation of high-quality outdoor living projects including patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and more under the direct supervision of a Foreman.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of paver patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces


• Help build retaining walls, seating walls, and other hardscape features


• Support the construction of outdoor kitchens and related structures


• Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling


• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently


• Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site


• Follow direction from Foreman and adhere to project plans and specifications


• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or landscape experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)


• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions


• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn


• Reliable transportation to and from job sites


• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction


• Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices is a plus
