Role Description:
Are you a skilled hardscape professional looking to advance your career? Kanazeh Lawn Service is seeking a Hardscape Foreman to lead and manage our team in delivering high-quality outdoor projects. This role involves overseeing hardscape installations from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, precision, and top-tier craftsmanship in patios, retaining walls, grading, and machine operation. If you take pride in your work and have strong leadership skills, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a hardscape crew, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- Execute hardscape installations, including patios, retaining walls, and grading.
- Operate machinery, such as skid steers, safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret project plans to ensure accurate implementation.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project expectations are met.
- Assist with seasonal services, including spring and fall cleanups and snow removal, as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading hardscaping projects.
- Expertise in operating heavy equipment, particularly skid steers.
- Strong knowledge of hardscape installation techniques and materials.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Hours & Additional Information:
- Work hours vary by season, generally starting between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM and ending around 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
- This position is offered as a 1099 contract role, with the potential to transition to W2 employment in the future.
- Annual bonuses and paid time off available based on tenure.
- We also provide spring and fall cleanups, as well as snow removal services in the winter.
