Hardscape Project Sales Representative

People Architects is partnering with J.F.D. Landscapes, Inc, seeking a driven sales professional to grow new business and build lasting client relationships.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, walking job sites, and seeing projects come to life—from first conversation to final install.  This is a hands-on sales role for someone who likes being in the field—not behind a desk all day.

What You’ll Own

• Develop and grow new commercial and residential landscape construction business


• Prospect consistently and build a qualified pipeline


• Meet clients onsite to scope projects and prepare take-offs


• Build accurate estimates and job costing in LMN


• Present proposals and close agreements


• Stay connected to projects in the field to ensure client satisfaction


• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscape, outdoor construction, or related field preferred


• Ability to read plans and complete take-offs


• Familiarity with LMN and Microsoft Office


• Self-starter mentality — motivated by results and income potential


• Organized and detail-oriented


• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
