We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Hardscapes Crew Member to turn our customers’ visions into a beautiful reality. We strive to provide a service we are proud of!

Requirements

We will provide:

· $18.00 - $21.00 / hr depending on qualifications

· Hero of the week – you can earn an extra $1 per hour when you meet basic requirements

· Work Boot incentive – after 30 days we will provide you with $100 towards new boots. After a year we will give you $250 for new boots yearly!

You will provide the following:

· Operate various tools and equipment, including chainsaws, chop saws, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.

· Experience in construction of walkways, fences, decks, patios, stonework

· Perform land clearing activities

· Load and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment

· Transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, dollies and hand lifting/carrying

· Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various construction 

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks

· Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day

· Must have a valid driver's license
