Learn more about our benefits. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n 1. Technical expert in at least 2 R\u0026D discipline (Optic, Electronic, Motion, SEM). \n\n1\\. Support R\u0026D module owner in \u201cOff \u0026 On Tool\u201d Module Integration, Calibration and Qualification; \n\n2\\. Qualify Module performance to spec (on \u0026 off tool); \n\n3\\. Support R\u0026D development (C\u0026F) activities. \n\n 2. Lead Qualifications: \n\n1\\. Lead Qualification of complex, non-system components (isolated from application); \n\n2\\. Provide risk assessment.\n\n3\\. Define \u0026 execute Qualification plans; Define, execute and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool). \n\n 3. Tool owner - Expert in tool Build and complex Integration. \n\n 4. Production documentation: define and qualify full build book and full sub system ATP tests. \n 5.
