Hardware Engineer/Hardware Design Engineer

Legato, LLC recruiters ([email protected]) would love to speak with you regarding the following position: Hardware Engineer/Hardware Design Engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Salary Range: $90,000-$160,000, depending on experience. 

This Engineer will have a background in Materials Engineering or Physics or similar. They will have experience with scanning electron microscopes (SEM), focused ion beam microscopes, or similar. They will have experience in a lab and/or with fabrication and have experience with failure analysis. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Experience with scanning electron microscopes (SEM), even in an educational setting


• Materials, physics, or microscopy background


• At least three (3) years’ experience in similar work is desired


• A bachelor’s degree in a related field. Five (5) years of additional experience, for a total of eight (8) years will substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
