Hardware (HW) Qualification and Development Support Team (DST) Engineer III

Technical expert in at least one R&D discipline (Optic, Electronic, Motion, SEM). 1. Support R&D module owner in “Off & On Tool” Module Integration, Calibration and Qualification; 2. Qualify Module performance to spec (on & off tool); 3. 1. Lead Qualification of non-system components (isolated from application); 2. Provide risk assessment. 3. Define & execute Qualification plans; Define, execute and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool). Tool owner - Expert in tool Build and Integration. Production documentation: define and qualify full build book and full sub system ATP tests. High debug ability and 3rd level of escalation to modules that are within area of expertise Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
