Key Responsibilities\n\nTechnical expert in at least one R\u0026D discipline (Optic, Electronic, Motion, SEM). \n\n1\\. Support R\u0026D module owner in \u201cOff \u0026 On Tool\u201d Module Integration, Calibration and Qualification; \n\n2\\. Qualify Module performance to spec (on \u0026 off tool); \n\n3\\. Support R\u0026D development (C\u0026F) activities. \n\nLead Qualifications: \n\n1\\. Lead Qualification of non-system components (isolated from application); \n\n2\\. Provide risk assessment.\n\n3\\.
