Key Responsibilities\n\nTechnical expert in at least 2 R\u0026D discipline (Optic, Electronic, Motion, SEM). \n\n1\\. Support R\u0026D module owner in \u201cOff \u0026 On Tool\u201d Module Integration, Calibration and Qualification; \n\n2\\. Qualify Module performance to spec (on \u0026 off tool); \n\n3\\. Support R\u0026D development (C\u0026F) activities. \n\nLead Qualifications: \n\n1\\. Lead Qualification of complex, non-system components (isolated from application); \n\n2\\. Provide risk assessment.\n\n3\\. Define \u0026 execute Qualification plans; Define, execute and qualify calibration procedures (off and on tool). \n\nTool owner - Expert in tool Build and complex Integration. \n\nProduction documentation: define and qualify full build book and full sub system ATP tests. \n\nHigh debug ability and 3rd level of escalation to modules that are within area of expertise\n\nFunctional Knowledge\n\n * Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field \n\n\n\nBusiness Expertise\n\n * Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services\n\n\n\nLeadership\n\n * May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity \n\n\n\nProblem Solving\n\n * Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions\n\n\n\nImpact\n\n * Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies\n\n\n\nInterpersonal Skills\n\n * Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n4 - 7 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nNone\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$161,000.00 - $221,000.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
