Harvard or Yale Educated-Associate General Counsel

High Rise Capital LLC is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and be capable of providing strategic legal guidance to our business operations. This role involves drafting and negotiating contracts, overseeing compliance matters, and managing various legal projects. We are looking for a proactive attorney with excellent analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Description:

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters
• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements, including financing and partnership agreements
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Manage and oversee outside counsel when necessary
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on various legal issues
• Assist in the development of corporate policies and procedures
• Support internal stakeholders in a variety of legal matters

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an Harvard Or Yale law school
• Admission to the Ct and Ny state bar
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in the finance or investment sector is a plus
