Harvest Coordinator *Cherry Season* - Hiring Now

Leading Freight Forwarding company is looking for a dynamic Harvest Coordinator to assist with qaulity control for Cherry Season.

The Harvest Coordinator is the communication hub regarding product harvest, receiving and quality control. The Harvest Coordinator must constantly keep everyone in the communication loop of what’s happening with today’s harvest.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Keep open communication with Sales, Harvest, Cooler and Operation Manager
• Every time there is a change from one department it must be passed on to the other depts
• Entering estimates into the data base and updating reports every morning and throughout the day
• Update daily Harvest sheet and update ranch and blocks
• Confirm inventory numbers at the end of the day with the Harvest Manager
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• High School or equivalent
• Able to lift/push/pull at least 35lbs
• Able to stand on your feet for an 8 to 10 hour shift
• Able to get quickly between warehouse and operations many times per hour
• Must have valid CA drivers license
• Must have open availability

Work in cold storage environment/harvest fields

• Basic computer skills including e-mail, web browsing, outlook, excel and word
