HATCHERY SUPPORT COORDINATOR

PURPOSE AND GENERAL SUMMARY:
Pilgrim’s is looking for a Hatchery Support Coordinator to perform routine but varied clerical duties such as data entry/verification, record keeping, photocopying, scanning, compiling records, filing, etc. This role will be based in at our hatchery in Sauk Rapids, MN.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter daily operational data into SAP and MTech
- Balance and reconcile data
- Verify inventory
- Create requisitions and record receipts of material
- Create and close out work orders
- Communicate with vendors and follow through with work orders or purchase orders
- Other duties as required.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS and BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years related office or clerical experience
- Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessary
- Must have strong organization skills and be detail-oriented
- Experience in SAP and MTech is preferred, but not required
- Confidentiality a must
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

- Base salary range of $ 19-21/hr; and
