Haul Unit Operator

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate haul units safely and efficiently to move materials across the site
• Perform routine equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs
• Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a safe work culture
• Support production goals by transporting materials in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy mobile equipment safely
• Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices
• Capability to work effectively in fast‑paced, outdoor industrial environments
• Reliable communication skills and teamwork mindset
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Successful candidate must meet all company and regulatory safety requirements

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
