Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing.\n\nAs an HBM SoC Architect, you will work on SoC architecture of HBM logic die in the Heterogeneous Integration Group (HIG). you will be responsible for defining, driving, and owning the end\u2011to\u2011end architecture of next\u2011generation HBM SoCs. You will work across architecture, RTL design, verification, firmware, systems, and product teams to translate product requirements into scalable, robust SoC architectures.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Define and own SoC\u2011level architecture for next\u2011generation HBM products, including partitioning, interfaces, clocking, reset strategy, power architecture, and performance targets.\n * Drive architecture tradeoff studies balancing performance, power, area, schedule, and risk across multiple product generations.\n * Collaborate closely with RTL design, verification, firmware, and systems teams to ensure architectural intent is correctly implemented and validated.\n * Serve as the technical authority for SoC\u2011level decisions, resolving cross\u2011team issues and guiding design convergence.\n * Define and review micro\u2011architecture specifications for major SoC blocks and subsystems.\n * Enable pre\u2011silicon validation strategies, including simulation, emulation, and early firmware bring\u2011up, to reduce downstream risk.\n * Partner with platform, system, and product teams to ensure SoC architecture aligns with customer and ecosystem requirements.\n * Proactively identify architectural risks and drive mitigation plans early in the design cycle.\n * Mentor senior and junior engineers, raising the overall technical bar of the organization.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n * Strong background in SoC architecture and design for complex, multi\u2011block systems.\n * Deep understanding of RTL\u2011to\u2011silicon flows, including design, verification, and debug.\n * Experience working across design, verification, firmware, and system validation teams.\n * Solid knowledge of high\u2011speed interfaces, clocking, reset, power management, and performance analysis.\n * Experience working with IP providers and seamlessly integrating complex IP from third parties into the SoC.
