We\u2019re an energetic team in the AI Solutions Group, driving the next generation of memory technologies that power cutting\u2011edge AI systems. We collaborate across engineering, product, and customer organizations to move the industry forward and keep Micron at the forefront of AI memory innovation.\n\nIn this role, you\u2019ll be the technical guide and trusted partner for customers adopting Micron\u2019s High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products. You\u2019ll help customers navigate system requirements, development timelines, and validation needs while ensuring our internal teams are aligned for smooth execution. Your work will directly influence product strategy and help secure high\u2011volume business wins in a rapidly growing market.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Lead technical engagement for multiple customer accounts and host recurring alignment meetings\n\n * Represent HBM product management in internal and customer-facing forums, including executive-level updates\n\n * Translate customer requirements for cross-functional teams to drive successful validation and production ramps\n\n * Shape roadmaps to support fast-evolving AI system needs\n\n * Build and maintain SOPs and technical materials to support customer enablement and product launches\n\n\n\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * 8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing\n\n * Master\u2019s degree in engineering\n\n * 2+ years of product management or product planning experience\n\n * Experience communicating technical concepts to customers\n\n * Experience collaborating across semiconductor design, manufacturing, and packaging teams\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience in DRAM design, manufacturing, or advanced packaging\n\n * Experience with AI hardware systems or HBM product/business development\n\n * Experience developing or optimizing business cases for semiconductor products\n\n * Ability to travel domestically and internationally\n\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nProduct Marketing 5\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
