Job Title: HCP Engagement and Market Access Specialist

Location: Boston (hybrid)

The HCP Engagement and Market Access Specialist works directly with home office, field personnel, and vendors to support to the HCP Engagement and Market Access teams within the Prescription Business Unit. HCP Engagement is one of the largest promotional spends for Nemolizumab and it is critical that the company provides a flawless experience for up to 400 speakers as well as attendees in these programs (estimated up to 4,000). This position will also ensure all interactions with market access stakeholders is seamless and all documentation appropriately captured. This position has a sound understanding of a variety of initiatives of varying complexity and can anticipate and plan to ensure enablement of flawless execution with internal stakeholders and from external partners.

  • Responsible for the Prescription Business Unit Speaker Bureau Programs to ensure a seamless experience and compliance (i.e. HCP travel on-label, speaker presenting all slides, appropriate attendees).
  • Monitoring of all expenses regarding HCP meals, Co-Promotion Events and HCP meals to ensure compliance with policy per the Annual Auditing and Monitoring Plan and Sunshine Act Reporting for the Nemolizumab Speakers Bureau.
  • Manages requests for HCP events. Interacts with the requestor (Area Sales Directors, Regional Sales Manager and/or Account Managers) to obtain additional information as needed and execute accordingly.
  • Serves as a liaison to ensure streamlined business practices and proper communication with internal departments, key personnel, and external vendors for market access.
  • Leads planning activities and coordination of all market access meetings, mock advisory boards, contracting, circulating for appropriate approvals and ensuring a seamless experience with payer attendees.
  • Manages the requisition and purchase order process including the creation of requisitions, obtaining procurement and legal approvals, routing signatures for agreement executions, and review and reconciliation of all invoices that impact spend.
  • Key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners on contract execution.
  • Responsible for preparing presentations and reports and ensuring accuracy. Compares and monitors data needed for management reports; conducts research, compiles, prepares and distributes to internal departments; organizes and maintains systems to ensure correspondence, reports, and other records are centralized and easily accessible.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years of related experience in a corporate environment; sales, marketing, project management or Pharma experience preferred. Five years preferred in corporate environment.
  • Demonstrate a high level of competency relating to project, procedures, and systems.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly evolving workplace.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and materials in an appropriate manner, and in accordance with organizational policy, proper business practice, and/or appropriate external regulation/governance.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, and organizational/time management skills.
  • Maintains a professional working environment while demonstrating a high sense of urgency and integrity.
