Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate HCP engagement and payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for physician consultants in accordance with contractual and compliance obligations. Provide consistent and proactive updates to internal stakeholders regarding the status of physician payments, consultant activities, and program completion. Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Healthcare Compliance, or Operations within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare setting Strong understanding of compliance guidelines and regulations related to HCP engagements and payments. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret metrics to evaluate program effectiveness. Demonstrated project management skills: organizing, reporting and tracking Master's or advanced degree preferred in data sciences, management, business analytics, or related field Previous experience working closely with legal, compliance, and shared services teams to ensure process and policy compliance. Experience in maintaining budget tracking and monitoring program spend. Strong written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of business and industry practices, particularly in the medical affairs or healthcare education sectors. Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation
