HCT Therapist

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and families? We're seeking a compassionate, driven, and licensed HCT Therapist to join our dedicated team in Caribou, Maine.

 As an HCT Therapist, you'll work directly with children and adolescents in their homes and communities, providing individualized therapy and support. You will collaborate with families, case managers, schools, and other providers to develop and implement treatment plans that promote lasting change.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home and community-based therapy sessions
   
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
   
• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing emotional support
   
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs), case managers, and other team members
   
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency and state standards

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
   
• Active licensure in the State of Maine (LCPC, LCSW, LMSW-CC, or LCPC-C)
   
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
   
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
   
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
